Dachstuebchen Gaststaette Biergarten in Herzberg am Harz

Finished day 2 of the Harzer Baudensteig in Sieber today. In the evening we felt like going out to eat. In the restaurant Dachstübchen we were well fed. An incredibly beautiful and rustic restaurant with very good food. The landlord adheres meticulously to the Corona requirements and cleans the salt shaker himself with disinfectant after each change. All in all, you get very good and delicious portions at good prices in a rustic atmosphere. Incidentally, the house itself is very clean. Didn't see a single cobweb between the hunting trophies. Highly recommended.

Best schnitzel and fried potatoes we've eaten so far. Possibly bring some time with you, which is absolutely appropriate for the quality of the food.

I would give 10 stars if I could. The service is great, everything is super nice. But the food is awesome. The map is not that big, but I always see it as an advantage. Most of the time, the restaurant can do the "few" things really well and that's exactly how it is here. Really everything we ate on two evenings was very, very tasty. Fried potatoes, schnitzel, salad, even simple fries with currywurst taste better here than anywhere else. We have found our new favorite restaurant for our next Harz vacation. If the weather is bad, I would recommend making a reservation.

We got the restaurant from our Hotel Empholen and I can only recommend it. The roof parlor is a very small, very fine and rustic restaurant. The food ?? ..... First class and with a lot of love! All self-made. The menu is very small but there is something for everyone. The service was very nice and courteous.

Civic restaurant in the attic of a small house in Sieber. But to compensate, there is a beer garden where you can sit and eat in peace. Specialty of the house are the fried potatoes, which you can eat with all kinds. The beer is good.

Funny little pub with its own flair .... Interior decoration is awesome ... something between rustic and kitsch ... Nice service, good food, great!
